Agent's and Arranger's Fees. The Company shall pay to each of the Agent and the Arrangers for their own account such fees as agreed upon between the Company, the Agent and the Arrangers and set forth in a separate fee letter among the Agent, the Syndication Agent the Arrangers and the Company.
