Agent for Party B. Party A acknowledges that Party B has appointed the Supplemental Interest Trust Trustee and the Swap Administrator as its agents under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and the Swap Administration Agreement to carry out certain functions on behalf of Party B, and that the Supplemental Interest Trust Trustee and the Swap Administrator shall be entitled to give notices and to perform and satisfy the obligations of Party B hereunder on behalf of Party B.
Agent for Party B. Party A acknowledges that Party B has appointed the Cap Trustee as its agent under the Cap Administration Agreement to carry out certain functions on behalf of Party B, and that the Cap Trustee shall be entitled to give notices and to perform and satisfy the obligations of Party B hereunder on behalf of Party B.

Party A acknowledges that Depositor has appointed the Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement to carry out certain functions on behalf of Party B, and that the Trustee shall be entitled to give notices and to perform and satisfy the obligations of Party B hereunder on behalf of Party B.

Party A acknowledges that Party B has appointed the Securities Administrator as its agent under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement to carry out certain functions on behalf of Party B, and that the Securities Administrator shall be entitled to give notices and to perform and satisfy the obligations of Party B hereunder on behalf of Party B.

Party A acknowledges that Citi, may act as Party B’s agent pursuant to the Cap Administration Agreement to carry out certain functions on behalf of Party B in respect of this Confirmation, and that Citi shall be entitled to give notices and to perform and satisfy the obligations of Party B hereunder on behalf of Party B.

Party A acknowledges that Depositor has appointed the Supplemental Interest Trust Trustee and the Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement to carry out certain functions on behalf of Party B, and that the Supplemental Interest Trust Trustee and the Trustee shall be entitled to give notices and to perform and satisfy the obligations of Party B hereunder on behalf of Party B.
