Agency Policy and Procedures Sample Clauses

The "Agency Policy and Procedures" clause establishes the requirement for parties to adhere to the specific policies and operational guidelines set forth by the agency involved in the agreement. This clause typically outlines that all actions, decisions, and conduct under the contract must comply with the agency’s established rules, which may cover areas such as reporting, confidentiality, or ethical standards. By mandating compliance with these internal policies, the clause ensures consistency, legal compliance, and smooth coordination between the parties, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or violations of agency standards.
