Agency Head or Designee. ‌ • If the grievance is not resolved at Step 1, the Union may move it to the next step by filing it with the Agency Head, with a copy to the Human Resources Office, within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Union’s receipt of the Step 1 decision. • The Agency Head or designee will meet (in-person, telephone, or web-conferencing) with a Union representative and the grievant within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of the appeal, unless otherwise extended by mutual agreement of the Employer and the Union, confirmed by email. • The Agency Head or designee will respond in writing to the Union within fifteen (15) calendar days after the meeting, unless otherwise extended by mutual agreement of the Employer and the Union, confirmed by email.
