Common use of AGENCY DIVISION Clause in Contracts

AGENCY DIVISION. SEPARATE In acting as agent under the Finance Documents for the Banks, the Agent shall be regarded as acting through its agency division which shall be treated as a separate entity from any other of its divisions or departments and, notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Clause 31, any information received by some other division or department of the Agent may be treated as confidential and shall not be regarded as having been given to the Agent's agency division.

AGENCY DIVISION. SEPARATE In acting as agent under the Finance Documents hereunder for the Banks, the Facility Agent shall be regarded as acting through its agency division which shall be treated as a separate entity from any other of its divisions or departments and, notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Clause 3133, any information received by some other division or department of the Facility Agent may be treated as confidential and shall not be regarded as having been given to the Facility Agent's agency division.

AGENCY DIVISION. SEPARATE In acting as agent under Agent for the Finance Documents for Arrangers, the Fronting Bank, the Overdraft Bank and the Banks, the Agent shall be regarded as acting through its agency division which of the Agent shall be treated as a separate entity from any other of its divisions or departments and, notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Clause 3134, in the event that the Agent should act for any member of the Financial Group in any capacity in relation to any other matter, any information received given by some other division or department any member of the Financial Group to the Agent in such other capacity may be treated as confidential and shall not be regarded as having been given to by the Agent's agency division.
