Agency Division Separate. In acting as agent hereunder for the Banks, the Agent shall be regarded as acting through its agency division which shall be treated as a separate entity from any other of its divisions or departments and, notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Clause 24, any information received by some other division or department of the Agent may be treated as confidential and shall not be regarded as having been given to the Agent's agency division.
