Any variation to this condition must be approved in writing by the PPMG and the relevant Sport before I can participate in any event. The patio is equipped with a gas fire pit that can be lit upon request during the event. Winking Lizard cannot be held accountable for any injuries that occur while the fire pit is in operation. The renter is responsible for any damage done to the fire pit during the event. Audio Visual The Winking Lizard Party Center does not have an IT staff member on site during events. You are responsible for managing your own IT needs during your event. Any audio visual needs required for your event must be arranged with your event coordinator a minimum of two weeks in advance. Any variation to this condition must be approved in writing by the GBRMG and the relevant Sport before I can participate in any event. Furthermore, I accept that I will be required to provide photo identification and proof of age when checking in and obtaining official accreditation for the GBRMG. Failure to produce evidence of my age when requested to do so by the Organiser or the Sport may result in my disqualification from the sport and/or the event.
Age Policy. The following age policies shall apply for the Event. Any person under the age of 16 (i.e. aged 15 or under) must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18+. There is a limit of one person under the age of 16 per adult aged 18 – 20 inclusive and a maximum of four persons under the age of 16 per adult aged 21+. We and our suppliers operate a strict Challenge 25 policy across all bars at the Events and valid ID is required to buy and drink alcohol. Anyone under the age of 18 caught drinking or in the possession of alcohol will have the alcohol confiscated and may be ejected (together with, at our discretion, anyone in the same party) from the Event without any refund. Anyone over the age of 18 caught buying alcohol for someone under the age of 18 will be ejected (together with, at our discretion, anyone in the same party) from the Event without any refund. It is your responsibility to check the suitability of the Event for you and any children in your party (if permitted) regardless of official age restrictions, this includes considering the type of audience the Event is likely to attract and whether such an audience is a suitable environment for everyone in your party. You will not be entitled to a refund if any aspect of the Event, including the behaviour of other attendees, causes offence to you or any children on whose behalf you have purchased Tickets.
Age Policy. 20.1. To Use the gym independently without a guardian you must be 18 years of age. Exceptions may be considered on a case by case basis.
