AGE OF VEHICLE. The Vehicle shall be in excellent working conditions and under no circumstances shall be more than 3 (three) years old. The Agency shall be responsible to ensure that the Vehicle has sufficient fuel, its lubricants, air and water and internally and externally, is always maintained in a sterling condition by the Agency.

AGE OF VEHICLE. During the term of the Transportation Provider Subcontract with Broker, vehicles may not have a date of manufacture that is equal to or more than Fifteen (15) years for all demand- response vehicles.
