Age Discrimination Claims. As part of this Release, the Executive understands that he is waiving all claims for age discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. The Executive represents and acknowledges that he has carefully read and understands all of the provisions of this Release, and that he is voluntarily entering into this Release. The Executive represents and acknowledges that he has been advised in writing to, and has been afforded the right and opportunity to, consult with an attorney prior to executing this Release.
