Common use of Age and Sex Clause in Contracts

Age and Sex. If, while this contract is in force and the Insured is alive, it is determined that the Age or sex of the Insured as stated in Section 1, Contract Data, is not correct, we will adjust the Contract Value under this contract. The adjustment will be the difference between the following two amounts accumulated at the Fixed Account guaranteed interest rate annually. The two amounts are:
