Age and Residency. By entering into this Agreement, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age or older and of sufficient legal age to enter into a contract in the state where you reside and you are a resident of the United States when you execute this Agreement.

  • CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS This Recognition of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the day of , 200 , by and between (“Landlord”), and (“Tenant”), with reference to the following facts:
