Afternoon Tea. Volunteers will be scheduled first, second the part time day staff in reverse order of seniority starting with the most junior, third the fulltime day staff in reverse order of seniority, third, in the same order, the evening Employees that are working lunch/brunch not working the dinner shift. The staff will be scheduled with as much notice as possible, but there will be times when there are same day afternoon tea bookings. (Some existing staff have been hired only to work Sunday brunch and have other work commitments and cannot stay for afternoon tea.)

  • Afternoon Shift If a second shift is employed, the hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours of work between the hours of 4:30 P.M. and 12:30 A.M. for which eight (8) hours will be paid and a shift premium of sixty-one cents (61¢) shall be added on to the classified hourly rate.

  • Working Day Working Day means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday which is observed by the construction industry in the area of the Place of the Work.

  • Professional Development Day The Employees shall be entitled to spend three (3) working days with pay for the purpose of doing research and preparation related to their work at a date mutually acceptable to the Employer and the Employee.

  • Professional Development Days Upon request, each Employee shall be granted at least three (3) professional development days annually for professional development, at the Basic Rate of Pay. An Employee shall be advised, prior to taking any professional development days of any transportation, registration fees, subsistence and other expenses that will be paid by the Employer. Such hours not used in each fiscal year shall not be carried forward into subsequent years. Applications for such paid professional development opportunities shall be made in writing, to the Employer as early as possible.

  • Association Days The Association shall be provided a total of twenty-two (22) days during the school year of released time to conduct Association business with a maximum of seven (7) used on any given day. Requests for Association days shall be made in writing and, when at all possible, at least three (3) days prior to such leave and shall be submitted to the Superintendent or his/her designee. The Association shall assume any expense incurred by the hiring of a substitute teacher.

  • Monday morning (2) The employee should not work more than 16 hours without an 8 hour break.

  • Monday through Friday Landlord shall have the right to prescribe the weight, size and position of all safes and other heavy property brought into the Building and also the times and manner of moving the same in and out of the Building. Safes and other heavy objects shall, if considered necessary by Landlord, stand on supports of such thickness as is necessary to properly distribute the weight. Landlord will not be responsible for loss of or damage to any such safe or property in any case. Any damage to any part of the Building, its contents, occupants or visitors by moving or maintaining any such safe or other property shall be the sole responsibility and expense of Tenant.

  • WORKING DAY BEFORE THE AUCTION DATE and pay the difference between the initial deposit and the sum equivalent to 10% of the successful bid price (“differential sum”) either via bank draft or cashier’s order crossed “A/C PAYEE ONLY” made payable to HONG XXXXX ISLAMIC BANK BERHAD/XXXXXXX XXXX XXX XXXXXX or remit the same through online banking transfer within THREE (3) WORKING DAYS after the fall of the hammer.
