Common use of After the Employment Period Clause in Contracts

After the Employment Period. Except as otherwise expressly provided in Section 5(f) below, this Agreement and the parties’ rights and obligations hereunder shall terminate on the last day of the Employment Period and the Executive’s employment with the Company thereafter shall be at-will and may be terminated by either the Company or the Executive at any time, for any reason, with or without cause and with or without prior notice without further rights of or obligations to the Executive, other than for payment of the Accrued Obligations and the timely payment or provision of Other Benefits, except that in the event of the termination of the Executive’s employment by the Company without Cause, termination of the Executive’s employment by reason of the Executive’s death or Disability or the resignation by the Executive for Good Reason, in each case, following the Employment Period, the Executive shall receive the Retention Award Benefits.
