AFTER THE ANNUITY COMMENCEMENT DATE. On receipt of proof of death, as described in Section 2.10, of the Annuitant or both joint Annuitants, any remaining annuity benefit payments under the Annuity Payment Option will be paid to the Owner, if living, otherwise, to the Beneficiary. If there is no Beneficiary, any remaining benefit payments will continue to the Annuitant's estate.
