After Sale Service. 8.1 Party B shall be in charge of after-sale service maintenance of products or alternation of products due to quality; the expenditure arouse out of which shall be borne by Party B.
After Sale Service. The Distributor shall provide the frontline installation, maintenance or other necessary labor after-sale services for the Products to be sold by Distributor in the Territory as well as handling all customer complaints as required by the governing regulatory body.

Distributor shall send faulty PCB back to Seller for repairing. After Sale Service. Party B shall provide Party A with a warranty period of one year for free from the date of acceptance of the project results. During the warranty period, Party B shall make modification and content update to the video resources for free, and the specific modifications and updates are determined by Party A. If Party A needs large-scale modifications to the course, such as remaking or additional course filming, reediting or additional video editing, Party B shall provide paid services.
After Sale Service. Within one year starting from the date when the Supplier receives the confirmation receipt, any Chips with an inherent quality problem shall be replaced free of charge, with the following exceptions:

After Sale Service. Party B shall send staffs to Party A’s site to deal with problems and provide spare parts within 8 hours on receiving the notice from Party A under the condition of failure occurs and Party A can’t solve by themselves during or after the warranty period.

The Seller shall replace solar modules if they do not work normally within the first one year and the Seller will be notified by the Buyer with evidences such as photographs or samples of the solar modules. The Seller shall provide on-year replacement services. It will be compensated by new equivalent modules output and sent free of cost till Chennai.

If a consumer discovers any quality issue in any of the Commodities after the purchase, Party A shall be entitled to compensate the consumer first, provided, however, that the amount of compensation must be approved by Part B in writing. After Party A compensates the consumer for his/her losses, the customer service staff will inform Party B about the plan and amount of such compensation, and Party B agrees that such amount of compensation as approved by Party B in writing shall be deducted from the amounts payable to Party B, and any shortfall (if any) shall be paid separately by Party B to Party A.
After Sale Service. Supplier shall provide an additional one and a half percent (1.5%) extra units per shipment free of charge. Supplier shall have the rights to reject return, repair or replacement and other after-sale services after providing 1.5% extra units per shipment. Supplier shall not be liable for any and all losses and damages arising from or in connection with non - conforming products after providing 1.5% extra units per shipment by Supplier, but excluding batch volume quality problems caused by inherent defect of product design.
