After Care. The School provides written recommendations for follow-up services in the form of a discharge summary and is available for consultation and to assist with after-care services.
After Care. The school offers an After Care Program for students enrolled in St. Xxxxxx School on their attendance days. This program offers a safe, structured program for our students after school from 3:00– 6:00 p.m. Student behavior expectations in the After Care Program are the same as for the regular school program. Safety for all is of prime importance. Any student not picked up by 3:10 p.m. will be sent to After Care and billed accordingly. Electronics are not allowed in After Care unless being used for educational purposes, which must be approved by a staff member. Students must be signed out by parent or guardian and will be dismissed at door number #14. Parents may park on angled spots (after 3:15pm) on Stone Avenue or school parking lot. JUNIOR HIGH BEHAVIOR POLICY (7th -8th grades, including Specials)
After Care. Program operates from 2:29 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. each school day. A late pick up fee of $1.00 per minute after 6:00 p.m. will be charged. A child may be terminated from the Program if they are picked up after 6:15 p.m. more than three times a year. On Tuesdays, due to banked time days, the program operates from 1:29 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
After Care. Provide individualized discharge planning to include the following 22 after care services:

After Care. After care instructions must be followed explicitly, whether given in writing or orally. Failure to follow after care instructions may compromise the final results of the treatment.
After Care. Do not fertilize at planting time. Water regularly throughout the first growing season (about once a week unless significant rainfall is received), but do not overwater. Keep lawn mowers and string trimmers away from tree to avoid wounding bark. Only prune dead or injured branches at time of planting. Do not plant flowers or cultivate soil directly under tree.
After Care. 9.42.1 After-care support services shall be offered to the Youth 21 for a minimum of one (1) year after exiting the program if the Youth agrees to 22 participate. CONTRACTOR shall offer the following after-care support services 23 to Youth: Alumni
After Care. 1. An employee returning to work after he/she has completed treatment as determined by the Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) will be required to sign an After Care Contract (See Appendix III). In signing the After Care Contract, the employee agrees to attend counseling meetings as determined by the SAP and submit to a program of follow-up testing at the Zoo’s option or as determined by the SAP. Follow up testing may include testing up to 180 days. The employee shall not be permitted to test positive for alcohol or illicit drugs.
After Care. (a) The Seller may provide the Customer with instructions that will need to be followed in order to ensure the quality of the Work.
