Affirmative Covenants of the Depositor. From and after the date hereof until the termination of this Agreement, the Depositor shall:

Affirmative Covenants of the Depositor. The Depositor hereby makes, to and for the benefit of the Insurer, all of the covenants of the Depositor set forth in the Transaction Documents to which it is a party, including without limitation the covenants contained in Article VII of the Sale and Servicing Agreement. Such covenants are incorporated herein by this reference, and may not be amended except by an amendment complying with the terms of Section 6.1
