AFFIRMATIVE COVENANTS OF THE CITY. So long as the Letter of Credit is outstanding and until all Payment Obligations and the Term Loans shall have been paid in full, the City shall do the following:
AFFIRMATIVE COVENANTS OF THE CITY. Until the later of the Termination Date or the date that all the Payment Obligations are paid in full, unless the Bank otherwise expressly consents in writing:

Until the termination date and thereafter until no amount is due or owing to the Bank hereunder, the City shall comply with each of the covenants, undertakings and agreements set forth in this Article VI unless the Trustee and the Bank shall otherwise consent in writing which consent may be withheld in their sole and absolute discretion.
AFFIRMATIVE COVENANTS OF THE CITY. In consideration of EBRD entering into the Loan Agreements and making the Loans available thereunder, and for other good and valuable consideration the receipt of which the City hereby acknowledges, the City undertakes that, to the fullest extent permitted under Romanian law, so long as any amount remains outstanding or payable under the Loan Agreements, this Deed or any other Financing Agreement, it will comply in full with the following undertakings, unless EBRD otherwise agrees in writing:

AFFIRMATIVE COVENANTS OF THE CITY. The City hereby covenants and agrees that until the Letter of Credit has expired or been terminated and until all of the Obligations of the City shall have been fully paid and performed to the satisfaction of the Bank, and this Reimbursement Agreement has been cancelled by the Bank in writing, unless the Bank shall otherwise consent in writing, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, it shall comply with each of the following:

As long as this Agreement is in effect, and until all amounts payable hereunder, under the Bank Fee Agreement and under any Bank Bonds are fully paid or defeased in accordance with the Ordinance, the City will, as applicable, perform and observe the covenants set forth below:
