AFFIRMATIVE ACTION STATEMENT. 23 The County and the Association agree to abide by all of the provisions of the Consent 24 Order in Civil Action No. 74-C-374 in the United States District Court for the Eastern District 25 of Wisconsin in Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxx, et al., vs. Milwaukee County, et al. The County and the 26 Association further agree that when provisions of the Agreement are in conflict with the 27 Consent Order, the provisions of the Consent Order shall be controlling.

AFFIRMATIVE ACTION STATEMENT. SSM Medical Group and all covered subcontractors shall abide by the requirements of 29 CFR Part 471, Appendix A to Subpart A, 41 CFR § 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a). CONFIDENTIALITY – VENDOR Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, SSM Medical Group shall have the right to disclose pricing and other terms of this Agreement to SSM Medical Group’s affiliates, physicians on its medical staff, and its attorneys, accountants, group purchasing organization, and other third parties retained by SSM Medical Group (collectively “SSM Consultants”) provided any such SSM Consultants agree to the same level of confidentiality set forth in this Agreement.

AFFIRMATIVE ACTION STATEMENT. The successful bidder will be required to submit an acceptable Affirmative Action Statement to the Public Works office within ten (10) days after award of the bid by the Fremont City Council. This statement shall assure that no discrimination will occur in the employment programs of firms doing business with the City. This complies with Executive Orders 11246 and 11375 as well as Title VI and Title VII of 1964 and Title VIII of 1968 and rules and regulations published by the Department of Labor.
