Affiliates and Service Providers. The Software, Documentation, Cloud Services, Support Services and deliverables provided as part of the Professional Services may be used by Your Affiliates and service providers acting on Your behalf, provided that they comply with the terms of this Agreement. You remain liable for the any breach of this Agreement by any Affiliate or service provider.
