Affiliates and Associates. Each H Partners Group Member agrees that it will cause its current and future controlled Affiliates and Associates to comply with all terms and provisions of this Agreement as if they were a party hereto and that it shall be responsible for any breach of this Agreement by any such Affiliate or Associate. As used in this Agreement, the terms “Affiliate” and “Associate” shall have the respective meanings set forth in Rule 12b-2 promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Exchange Act.
