Common use of Affiliated Services Clause in Contracts

Affiliated Services. The Operating Member may cause the Company or cause the Company to cause any of its subsidiaries to retain the services of a professional or nonprofessional firm or entity controlled by or affiliated with a Member or the manager of such Member to render services or supply goods to the Company or any of its subsidiaries, and pay reasonable compensation for such services or goods; provided, however, that all such services under this clause shall be set on terms of on an arm’s-length basis and at market rates, and that the Investor Member Board is made aware of any such services under this clause.
