Affiliated Services. The Client acknowledges that certain affiliates of the Consultant provide real estate brokerage and management services for which they are paid brokerage, development, leasing, management and similar fees. In connection with the Services and with the prior written permission of the Client, such affiliates may be engaged to provide such services in consideration for the payment of such fees.
Affiliated Services. The Operating Member may cause the Company or cause the Company to cause any of its subsidiaries to retain the services of a professional or nonprofessional firm or entity controlled by or affiliated with a Member or the manager of such Member to render services or supply goods to the Company or any of its subsidiaries, and pay reasonable compensation for such services or goods; provided, however, that all such services under this clause shall be set on terms of on an arm’s-length basis and at market rates, and that the Investor Member Board is made aware of any such services under this clause.
Affiliated Services. The ConnectWise Events mobile application (or any other application or website through which you may register for an Event or access Event information or materials) may contain or make available information on accommodation, transportation, and other services provided by third parties (each, an “Affiliated Service”). For clarity, Affiliated Services are Third Party Materials. For further clarity, hotel reservations are provided as an Affiliated Service, and ConnectWise is not responsible for any issues or disputes between you and any hotel. You will be responsible for complying with the hotel’s cancellation policy, including if an Event is cancelled for any reason.

Cost of services, including laboratory analysis, drafting, geophysical treatment and interpretation, geological interpretation, engineering and data processing, performed by Contractor's Affiliates in facilities inside or outside Bangladesh that are not covered by Section 3.1 (b)(ii) or 3.1(k) hereof. Use of an Affiliate's wholly owned equipment shall be charged at a rental rate commensurate with the cost of ownership and operation, but not in excess of competitive rates prevailing in South and Southeast Asia at the time of usage. Other services performed by an Affiliate shall be charged at a negotiated contract rate not exceeding the then prevailing rate for similar services performed in an Arm-length transaction on a competitive basis. Cost of professional and administrative services provided by Affiliates for the direct benefit of Petroleum Operations, including but not limited to services related to exploration, production, legal, financial, insurance, accounting and computer which the Contractor may use if prior approval is given by Petrobangla.

You must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any third-party services, including any reliance on the availability, quality or usefulness of such services. By agreeing to these Terms and attending the Event: • You agree that your image, likeness, voice, statements and other identifying characteristics (your “Image”) may be Recorded, and you consent to the use of your Image in connection with the use of the Recordings. • You irrevocably grant AppDynamics and its agents, contractors, licensees and designees and their respective successors and assigns (the “AppDynamics Parties”) a non- exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and fully paid-up, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, translate, display, perform and otherwise exploit the Recordings and your Image therein, in whole or in part, in any and all media formats and through any and all media channels, in any manner and for any purpose in connection with AppDynamics, its business and/or the Event (including any future reoccurrence of the Event or a similar event), and for any other lawful purpose. • You waive any right you may have to inspect and/or approve the use of the Recordings or any reproductions thereof, and you agree that AppDynamics is not obligated to make any use of your Image or exercise any of the rights granted to it. • You understand that your Image may appear in Recordings made available to you, other attendees, or the public, and that third-parties may retain and distribute those Rec...
