Affidavit of Title. Seller shall furnish to Buyer at Closing an executed, notarized affidavit of title (“Affidavit of Title”), and any other documents as may be required by the Title Company for the issuance of any ALTA owner’s policy and/or lender’s policy, as the case may be. The Affidavit of Title shall cover the Closing Date.
