Affected Party to Mitigate Sample Clauses

Affected Party to Mitigate. Each Party shall use reasonable endeavours to prevent and mitigate the effect of Force Majeure provided that no Party shall be required to incur any unreasonable costs, and upon the termination of an event of Force Majeure shall make all reasonable endeavours to ensure the earliest resumption of normal performance of this Agreement.
