If the delivery method is competitive sealed proposal then the contractor will be included in this Execution Plan at a later date. This plan delineates roles and responsibilities of each party, the detail and scope of information to be shared, relevant business processes and supporting software. To successfully implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) on a project, the project team has developed this detailed BIM Project Execution Plan. The BIM Project Execution Plan defines uses for BIM on the project (e.g. design authoring, cost estimating, and design coordination), along with a detailed design of the process for executing BIM throughout the project lifecycle. Identify project team participants for each. Existing Conditions – Huckabee-BIM Specialist-Xxxx Xxxxxx Upon delivery of existing documentation to Huckabee, the BIM specialist will construct a Revit model of the existing conditions, to the extent required for the completion of the project. Conditions will be field verified and the finished existing model will be delivered to Xxxxx for use as a design background. Design Authoring-Xxxxx-TBD Design Concept in Sketchup can begin based on approximations of existing conditions. From multiple design concepts, one will be chosen to carry into Schematic Design. Schematic Design will be based on actual existing conditions. The Schematic Design may combine the use of Revit and Sketchup to adequately convey the design intent while assuring accuracy and constructability Design Reviews-Owner-TBD The owner and Xxxxx will review the SD for design intent while Xxxxxxxx will review the SD with Xxxxx for adequacy of information to proceed into Design Development. The SD will be accurately scaled with appropriate consideration for Structural and Mechanical design before moving into Design Development. Space Tracking-Xxxxx-TBD/Huckabee-Project Leader-Xxxx Xxxxxx At the end of SD, upon transition to DD, and at the completion of DD, the model will be reviewed to assure continuing adherence to the space program for the project.
