If ALPS is in doubt as to any question of law pertaining to any action it should or should not taketake pursuant to this Agreement, ALPS may request advice from reasonably experienced counsel of its own choosing (who may be counsel for the Fund, the Fund’s investment adviser, or ALPS, at the option of ALPS).
