Common use of Advertising on the Site Clause in Contracts

Advertising on the Site. The Concessionaire is eligible to construct hoarding boards for advertisement on the Site and generate revenue, provided such advertising thereon, does not violate instructions issued by Authority. All advertising on the Site shall conform to Good Industry Practice. For avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that the rights of Concessionaire here under shall be subject to Applicable Laws, as in force and effect from time to time and no compensation shall be claimed on account thereof. .
