Common use of Advertising on the Site Clause in Contracts

Advertising on the Site. Subject to Applicable Laws, as in force and effect from time to time, the Concessionaire may undertake any form of commercial advertising, display or hoarding at any place on the Project Site if the advertising does not, in the opinion of the Concessioning Authority, distract the Users or violates any Court orders and the guidelines of Government of Punjab.
