Advertising Inventory. Synacor is hereby authorized by Client to include advertising on each of the pages of the Client Branded Portal including at least two advertisements on each page, with at least one of those being of significant size completely above the fold in high resolution. Additionally, Synacor may include text links and sponsorships in a commercially reasonable manner on the Client Branded Portal. Notwithstanding the first sentence of this section, the parties may agree, or certain Content Providers may require, from time to time that these advertisements may not be included on a given page or set of pages, and in either such case, Synacor’s rights under this Section 7 will be limited in accordance with such agreement or requirement, provided that Client has communicated any Content Provider requirement to Synacor. Advertising Inventory. The parties agree that Synacor shall have the right to include advertising on each of the pages of the Client Branded Portal including at least two advertisements on each page, with at least one of those being 300x250 in size, completely above the fold in high resolution. Additionally, Synacor may include text links and sponsorships in a commercially reasonable manner on the Client Branded Portal.
Advertising Inventory. (i) Impressions. @Home will provide XxxxxxxXxxxxx.xxx with 3,500,000 above the fold advertising Impressions in the first contract year and 6,000,000 above the fold advertising Impressions in the second contract year. The advertisements will be cross-promoted across the @Home channels. @Home will also provide creative services to assist the production of up to six b*box advertisement units over the term of the agreement. Advertising Inventory. Company will provide Microsoft with a monthly Advertising inventory forecast in a mutually agreed format 90 30 days prior to the month that Microsoft is guaranteeing the Target Advertising Impressions. Such Advertising inventory forecast will be based on data collected from previous months. Company may update such Advertising inventory forecasts at any time, and Microsoft will use the most updated forecast provided by Company.
Advertising Inventory. The Parties agree that Synacor shall include paid advertising on each of the main Navigation Landing Pages of the Client Branded Portals, excluding My Account and Support, and including at least two advertisements on each page, with at least one of those being of significant size [*] The “Navigation Landing Pages” mean the Start page, news and entertainment pages of the applicable Client Branded Portals. Any other placements of paid advertising to be included on the Client Branded Portals, if any, shall be as mutually agreed by the Marketing, Search and Advertising Committee. In addition, that Committee will identify the placement, size, frequency, etc. of any intrusive, video, or in-line advertisements. Client shall have the right to identifying specific sites and / or placements to be excluded. Upon Client approval, Synacor may also include a reasonable amount of advertising in Client’s webmail and any other mutually agreed advertising inventory. Additionally, text links and sponsorships may be used in a commercially reasonable manner on the Client Branded Portals with advertising placements as shown in the mockups attached in Attachment A to Schedule B-1 and Attachment A to Schedule B-2 as applicable, or as otherwise agreed by the Parties.
