Common use of Advertisements Clause in Contracts

Advertisements. In addition to the Design Professional's fee herein established, the Design Professional shall be reimbursed at cost for advertisements for bid, if any. This reimbursement shall be requested on the same document as reimbursement for printing of drawings and project manuals. The Design Professional shall provide the Owner with a copy of the xxxxxxxx for the advertisements for bid. Advertisements for bid shall appear in at least three locations, including the State Procurement Registry and local county organ (newspaper).
