Common use of Adverse Claims Clause in Contracts

Adverse Claims. The Seller will not create, or participate in the creation of, or permit to exist, any Liens in relation to each Lock-Box Account other than as disclosed to the Administrative Agent and in a manner consistent with the Intercreditor Agreement.
