Adverse Claims. If the Financial Institution receives written notice that any person is asserting any lien, encumbrance or Adverse Claim (including any writ, garnishment, judgment, warrant of attachment, execution or similar process) against any Collateral Account or any financial asset or other property credited thereto, the Financial Institution will promptly notify the Secured Party and the Grantor thereof.
