Common use of Adverse Claim Clause in Contracts

Adverse Claim. (A) Any Person shall obtain an Adverse Claim upon the Pool Receivables or Collections with respect thereto (other than the creditor related to the Judgment Lien solely in respect of Receivables originated by Triumph Composite Systems, Inc.), (B) any Person other than the Seller, the Servicer or the Administrator shall obtain any rights or direct any action with respect to any Lock-Box Account (or related lock-box or post office box) or (C) any Obligor shall receive any change in payment instructions with respect to Pool Receivable(s) from a Person other than the Servicer, Triumph, an Originator or the Administrator.
