Advances by Custodian for Settlement. The Custodian may, in its sole discretion and from time to time, advance funds to the Trust to facilitate the settlement of a Fund's transactions in the Fund Custody Account. Any such advance shall be repayable immediately upon demand made by Custodian.
Advances by Custodian for Settlement. The Custodian may, in its sole discretion and from time to time, advance funds to the Trust or it’s designee to facilitate the settlement of a Trust transaction on behalf of a Fund in its Custody Account. In consideration of the services to be rendered pursuant to this agreement, Trust shall pay Custodian in accordance with the Fee Schedule annexed hereto as Schedule B. A compensating balance arrangement will be in place for each custody account for the Trust. Cash balance credits will be calculated daily in the custody account for each fund. The monthly aggregate cash balance credit will offset the monthly aggregate overdraft balances. The net aggregate credit or overdraft balance amount will be applied to the monthly custody fee invoice for each fund. No more than one months’ custody fee can be offset by any month’s net cash balance credit.
Advances by Custodian for Settlement. The Custodian may, in its sole discretion and from time to time, advance funds to the Company to facilitate the settlement of the Fund's transactions in the Fund Custody Account. Any such advance shall be repayable immediately upon demand made by Custodian.

If the Custodian should, in its sole discretion, advance funds to the Trust to facilitate the settlement of transactions on behalf of a Fund in its Custody Account, then such advance shall be repayable immediately upon demand made by the Custodian and shall bear interest from the date incurred at a rate per annum (based on a 360-day year from the actual number of days involved) equal to 1% over the Federal Funds rate in effect from time to time as announced by The Wall Street Journal under the section entitled Money Rates, or any successor title, such rate to be adjusted on the effective date of any changes in such rate.

The Custodian may, in its sole discretion and from time to time, advance funds to the Trust to facilitate the settlement of a Fund’s transactions in the Fund Custody Account, and the Custodian will endeavor to notify the Trust as promptly as practicable under the circumstances if the Custodian will not cover an overdraft, provided however that failure by the Custodian to so notify shall not impair Custodian’s rights and remedies hereunder. Any such advance shall be repayable immediately upon demand made by Custodian.

The Custodian may, in its sole discretion and from time to time, advance funds to the Fund to facilitate the settlement of a Series' transactions in the Series Custody Account. In the event that any advance of funds is made by Custodian on behalf of the Fund, including overdrafts, the Fund agrees to repay the Custodian the amount of the advance plus accrued interest at the prime rate (as published in the Wall Street Journal) minus 100 basis points.

The Custodian may, in its sole discretion and from time to time, advance funds to the Tocqueville Funds to facilitate the settlement of a Fund's transactions in the Fund Custody Account. Any such advance shall be repayable immediately upon demand made by Custodian.
Advances by Custodian for Settlement. The Custodian may, in its sole discretion and from time to time, advance funds to the Trust to facilitate the settlement of a Fund’s transactions in the Fund Custody Account to the extent that there are insufficient funds held by the Custodian on behalf of any such Fund to allow the completion of its transactions, and the Custodian will endeavor to notify the Trust as promptly as practicable under the circumstances if the Custodian will not cover an overdraft. Any such advance shall be repayable immediately upon demand made by Custodian, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Trust and Custodian.

The Custodian may, in its sole discretion and from time to time, advance funds to the Company to facilitate the settlement of Company transactions on behalf of a Fund in its Custody Account. Any such advance shall be repayable immediately upon demand made by the Custodian. The Custodian shall not require the Fund to pledge any of its securities as collateral for any such funds that it may from time to time advance to the Fund.
