Advanced Edition. You must acquire an Advanced Edition user license for each User. Each person who accesses or uses the Software must have at least one user object uniquely assigned to that person and access the Software through the user object. You may create and internally use derivative works of the configuration packages portion of the Content and may distribute those derivative works internally in accordance with the terms of the Designer End User License Agreement. You may also create new reports or edit the reports that are provided as part of the Content, and may distribute the new or edited reports internally or externally.

Advanced Edition. 13.4.1 The User Agreement for the Advanced Edition enters into force on the date specified in the Order Form and is initially valid for the Initial Term specified therein.
Advanced Edition. The Advanced Editions for Business and/or for Retail offers an additional layer of detection and protection that is adjusted and customized to the Client’s Business and/or Retail Applications’ structure and flow, and can be customized to the specific threat landscape targeting the Client. It can be incorporated in various locations in the Client’s Business and/or Retail Applications. The Advanced Edition is offered to Client at minimum quantities of at least 100K Retail Eligible Participants or 10K Business Eligible Participants, which is 1000 packs of 100 Eligible Participants for Retail, or 100 packs of 10 Eligible Participants for Business.

  • Latest Edition The latest edition approved by the implementing agency of the regulations, rules, and codes listed in Paragraphs 1.7.1.3 and 1.7.1.4 above, with all amendments as of the date of the opening of bids, shall govern the installation of all Work and is adopted and incorporated into the Contract Documents and made a part thereof by reference, Provided, however that the drawings and specifications shall be adhered to in all cases where they call for quality of materials, quality of workmanship, or quality of construction which is equal to or in excess of the quality required by the above stated codes and Provided also: That there may be no variances from the drawings and specifications except to the extent that the said variances shall be necessary in order to comply with the above stated codes.   • Review and Selection Process The Project Narratives of SAMHSA applications are peer-reviewed according to the evaluation criteria listed above. Decisions to fund a grant are based on the strengths and weaknesses of the application as identified by peer reviewers. The results of the peer review are advisory in nature. The program office and approving official make the final determination for funding based on the following: • Individual awards over $250,000 are approved by the Center for Mental Health Services National Advisory Council; • Availability of funds; • Equitable distribution of awards in terms of geography (including urban, rural, and remote settings) and balance among populations of focus and program size; • Submission of any required documentation that must be submitted prior to making an award; and • SAMHSA is required to review and consider any information about your organization that is in the Federal Award Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS). In accordance with 45 CFR 75.212, SAMHSA reserves the right not to make an award to an entity if that entity does not meet the minimum qualification standards as described in section 75.205(a)(2). If SAMHSA chooses not to award a fundable application in accordance with 45 CFR 75.205(a)(2), SAMHSA must report that determination to the designated integrity and performance system accessible through the System for Award Management (XXX) [currently, FAPIIS]. You may review and comment on any information about your organization that a federal awarding agency previously entered.   • Placement on the Secondary Recall List (a) Regular status employees who are separated from the service of the State in good standing (meaning no record of economic disciplinary sanctions in his/her personnel file) by layoff or transferred outside State government due to intergovernmental transfer shall, in addition to their right to be placed on the Agency Layoff List, be given the option of electing placement on the Secondary Recall List by geographic area for other AFSCME-represented bargaining units which utilize the same or successor classification from which they were laid off. The term of eligibility of candidates placed on the list shall be two (2) years from the date of layoff. When an employee is prohibited from participating in the secondary recall process due to the presence of an economic disciplinary sanction in his/her personnel file, that employee may request and shall be placed on the Secondary Recall List for the remainder of the two (2) years eligibility following layoff once the discipline has remained in the file for the length of time required by the agency’s contract.
