Advance Requests. The Borrower if it wishes to obtain an Advance under the Credit Facility, or to convert an existing Advance under the Credit Facility to another Advance under the Credit Facility, shall deliver to the Lender an Advance Request in writing, substantially in the form of Schedule 1 hereto, in respect of such Advance not later than 11:00 a.m. (Toronto, Ontario time):
