Common use of Advance Rent Clause in Contracts

Advance Rent. Concurrently with Tenant's execution of this Amendment, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the amount of One Hundred Three Thousand One Hundred Eleven and 67/100 Dollars ($103,111.67), which shall represent Tenant's monthly installment of Base Rent first due and payable for the Premises for the Extended Term.

Advance Rent. Concurrently with Tenant's ’s execution of this Amendment, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the amount of One Hundred Three Thousand One Hundred Eleven and 67/100 Dollars ($103,111.67)30,049.38, which shall represent Tenant's ’s first monthly installment of Base Rent first due and Additional Rent payable for the Premises for Extended Term and shall be applied against the Extended Termfirst monthly installment of Base Rent and Additional Rent.

Advance Rent. Concurrently with Tenant's the execution of this First Amendment, Tenant shall pay deliver to Landlord a check in the amount of One Hundred Three Thousand One Hundred Eleven and 67/100 Dollars ($103,111.67), 7,373.30 which shall represent Tenant's monthly constitutes the first installment of Base Monthly Rent first due and payable for the Additional Premises for after the Extended TermExpansion Commencement Date.

Advance Rent. Concurrently with Tenant's ’s execution of this Amendment, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the amount of One Nine Thousand Two Hundred Three Thousand One Hundred Eleven Thirty-Six and 67/100 92/100 Dollars ($103,111.679,236.92), which shall represent Tenant's ’s first monthly installment of Base Rent first due and Additional Rent payable for the Premises for the Extended TermExpansion Premises.

Advance Rent. Pursuant to section 1.11, Tenant has previously paid to Landlord $26,843.50 in advance Base Rent (the “Existing Advance Rent”). Concurrently with Tenant's ’s execution of this First Amendment, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the amount an additional $12,671.10 of One Hundred Three Thousand One Hundred Eleven and 67/100 Dollars ($103,111.67), which shall represent Tenant's monthly installment of advance Base Rent first (the “Additional Advance Rent”). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Lease, the Existing Advance Rent and the Additional Advance Rent shall be applied to the payment of the Base Rent due and payable under the Lease for the Premises for the Extended Termmonth of June 2005.

Concurrently with Tenant's ’s execution of this Amendment, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the amount of One Hundred Three Thousand One Hundred Eleven and 67/100 Dollars ($103,111.67)13,904.00, which shall represent Tenant's ’s monthly installment of Base Rent first due and payable for the Premises for the Extended TermExpansion Space.
