Advance Money. To advance money for the protection of the Trust, and for all expenses, losses and liabilities sustained or incurred in the administration of the Trust or because of the holding or ownership of any Trust assets, for which advances, with interest, the Trustee has a lien on the Trust assets as against the Beneficiaries.

Advance Money. To advance money for the protection of the Trust, and for all expenses, losses and liabilities sustained or incurred in the administration of the Trust or because of the holding or ownership of any Trust assets, for which advances, with interest, the Trustee has a lien on the Trust assets as against the Beneficiaries and in the event such assets are not sufficient a lien against the assets of the Company, provided however that until Funding of the Trust as provided in Section l(e), it is the intention of the Company and the Trustee that statements for the costs of administration of the trust shall be submitted to and paid by the Company in the normal course of business.
