Adult Services. Description: Adult services are designed to support many aspects of adult life, including employment, independent and supported living, financial planning, community involvement, education, transportation, healthcare and self-advocacy. All of these areas play a role in successfully obtaining and maintaining employment.
Adult Services. Adult service performance measures shall be assessed 37 calendar days following the close of Quarter 2 (measuring Quarters 1 and 2) and Quarter 4 (Measuring Quarters 3 and 4). Quarters start September 1st of each year and end August 31st of each year. Remedies and sanctions associated with failure to achieve the following measures are specified in Article VII of the Local Mental Health Authority Special Conditions, as applicable.

Adult Services. All Regularly Scheduled Part‐time Employees in the Residential Program The regularly assigned hours shall not exceed fifty (50) in a two (2) week period. Where the shift exceeds five (5) hours they shall receive a paid one‐half (½) hour meal period during which such regularly scheduled part‐time employees must remain on the premises of the Employer and shall be required to perform such duties as are necessary during meal periods.
Adult Services. Full‐time Employees Awake Nights in the Residential Program The regular assigned hours shall not exceed eighty (80) in a two (2) week period. Such full‐time employees shall not be required to work more than ten (10) hours per shift.
Adult Services. 12 a. Adult Telephone and Individual Counseling - CONTRACTOR shall provide one (1) 13 hour of individual counseling or structured telephone counseling to at least one hundred seventy (170) 14 adult tobacco users. CONTRACTOR shall complete thirty (30) day and ninety (90) day follow-up 15 surveys.

At least three hundred twenty (320) adult tobacco users from the East region will 6 participate in either a structured telephone counseling program or an in-person individualized cessation 7 counseling session, with either one (1) being sixty (60) minutes in length. Each service will involve an 8 initial scheduling call and a follow-up call, in addition to the thirty (30) calendar day and one hundred 9 eighty (180) calendar day follow-up calls. Twenty percent (20%) of the three hundred twenty (320) 10 participants shall report abstinence from tobacco use six (6) months after completing the service.

At least seven hundred fifteen (715) adult tobacco users from Orange County will 26 participate in an in-person individualized cessation counseling session that is sixty (60) minutes in 27 length. Each individual counseling session will involve an initial scheduling call and a follow-up call, in 28 addition to the thirty (30) calendar day and one hundred eighty (180) calendar day follow-up calls. 29 Thirty three percent (33%) of the seven hundred fifteen (715) participants shall report an abstinence 30 from tobacco use six (6) months after completing the service. No more than thirty percent (30%) of total 31 participants shall be from Anaheim Regional Medical Center (ARMC).
