Adult Program. A. Any regular full-time employee may teach in the adult program, in addition to his/her regular employment, for a maximum of four nights per week, Monday through Friday. Employees shall be limited to teaching a maximum of 24 hours per week under the provisions of this Section.

Adult Program. 1. For individuals with severe or profound disabilities who need a program with minor emphasis on work skills training and employment, the staff ratios shall be based upon the needs of the individuals and shall have no more than six (6) individuals to one (1) direct service staff.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.
