Between the 07 and the 25 of the month, check your emails and voicemail messages from your Scanner support to avoid the deactivation of your Scanner. Deactivated Scanners lead to lease termination if payment is not cleared upon deactivation. Remaining declined payments lead to a Sales on Hold (SOH) placed on your account.

  • Year End and Final Claims 19.3.4.1 CONTRACTOR shall submit a final claim for each COUNTY fiscal year, July 1 through June 30, covered under the term of this Agreement, as amended in Paragraph 1 above, by no later than August 30th of each corresponding COUNTY fiscal year. Claims received after August 30th of each corresponding COUNTY fiscal year may, at ADMINISTRATOR’s sole discretion, not be reimbursed. ADMINISTRATOR may modify the date upon which the final claim per each COUNTY fiscal year must be received, upon written notice to CONTRACTOR.

  • Effective Time Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, at the Closing, the Company, Parent, and Merger Sub will cause a certificate of merger (the “Certificate of Merger”) to be executed, acknowledged, and filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware in accordance with the relevant provisions of the DGCL and shall make all other filings or recordings required under the DGCL. The Merger will become effective at such time as the Certificate of Merger has been duly filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware or at such later date or time as may be agreed by the Company and Parent in writing and specified in the Certificate of Merger in accordance with the DGCL (the effective time of the Merger being hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Time”).

  • Production definitively discontinued 10.1. If the holder of the approval completely ceases to manufacture a vehicle type approved in accordance with this Regulation, he shall so inform the authority which granted the approval. If the terms of a court decree state that: • one of the parents is responsible for the healthcare expenses of the child, and the entity obligated to pay or provide the parent's benefits under that parent's plan has actual knowledge of those terms, the benefits of that plan are determined first and the benefits of the plan of the other parent are the secondary plan. • both parents share joint custody, without stating that one of the parents is responsible for the healthcare expenses of the child, the plans covering the child will follow the order of benefit determination rules outlined above.

  • Upward Reclassification When a position is reclassified upward a regular incumbent shall be continued in the position. He/she shall be advanced to the higher class with the same status held in the lower class if he/she meets minimum experience and training requirements. When a position is reclassified upward and the incumbent does not have regular status, the position will be filled competitively at the higher level.
