Adoption, Ratification and Confirmation of Credit Agreement. The Company, each of the Borrowers, the Agents and the Lenders do hereby adopt, ratify and confirm the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, and the Security Documents, and acknowledges and agrees that the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, and each of the Security Documents, are and remain in full force and effect.
