Common use of Admission of Limited Partners Clause in Contracts

Admission of Limited Partners. On the date hereof, and upon the execution of this Agreement or a counterpart of this Agreement, each of the Persons identified as a limited partner of the Partnership on Exhibit A to this Agreement (other than the Company which has already been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership) is hereby admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner of the Partnership.

Admission of Limited Partners. On the date hereof, and subsequently upon the execution of this Agreement or a counterpart of this Agreement, each of the Persons identified as a limited partner of the Partnership on Exhibit A to this Agreement (other than in the Company which has already been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership) Partner Registry is hereby admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner of the Partnership.
