Common use of Admission of Limited Partners Clause in Contracts

Admission of Limited Partners. (a) Upon the issuance by the Partnership of Common Units, Subordinated Units and Incentive Distribution Rights to the General Partner, Chesapeake Holdings, each of the GIP Entities and the Underwriters as described in Article V in connection with the Initial Offering, such parties shall be automatically admitted to the Partnership as Initial Limited Partners in respect of the Common Units, Subordinated Units or Incentive Distribution Rights issued to them.

Admission of Limited Partners.
