Administrator Accounts. You may create Administrator accounts for Your Administrators to use in administering the Service, subject to limits Apple may impose on the number of Administrator accounts. These Administrator accounts will be a combination of a unique user name and password, which will be owned by You. When You create Administrator accounts, all features and functionality of the Service that You select to be available will be enabled for such accounts, and You are responsible for appropriately enabling these Administrator accounts and for all activity in connection with these accounts (e.g., permitting Content purchases). You acknowledge and agree that these Administrator accounts may be used only to access and manage the Service for account management purposes. If You delete any Administrator accounts, then neither You nor the Administrator will have access to such Administrator accounts, and You acknowledge and agree that this action may not be reversible,..

Administrator Accounts. At the request of the Customer, Learnster will create one or more administrator accounts for the Customer. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the information which is provided in connection with the creation of the administrator account is accurate, updated and complete. The administrator account may only be used by the Customer by appointed authorised personnel. The persons holding administrator accounts may be updated or changed through written contact between Customer and Learnster.
Administrator Accounts. As set forth in Your Apple Business Manager Agreement, You may create Administrator accounts for Your Administrators to use in administering the Service Plan. When You create Administrator accounts, all features and functionality of the Service Plan that You select to be available will be enabled for such accounts, and You are responsible for appropriately enabling these Administrator accounts and for all activity in connection with these accounts. You acknowledge and agree that these Administrator accounts may be used only to access and manage the Service Plan for account management purposes. Managed Apple IDs As set forth in Your Apple Business Manager Agreement, You may create Managed Apple IDs for Your Authorized Users to access and use as part of the Service Plan in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for deciding which features and functionality of the Service Plan to enable for Your Authorized Users and for the creation, use, and management of Managed Apple IDs. In connection with this Service Plan, You agree to deploy Managed Apple IDs only for Your Institution’s own internal business purposes and only to Your Authorized Users. You agree not to share, sell, resell, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise provide access to Managed Apple IDs to anyone other than Your Authorized Users. You may disable, suspend, or delete Managed Apple IDs (e.g., if an Authorized User leaves the Institution) in the Service Plan. Apple reserves the right to limit the number of Managed Apple IDs that may be created for Your Authorized Users and the number of Authorized Devices associated with an account.
Administrator Accounts. To the extent Rippling provides Customer with access to any administrator account for the computers or equipment provisioned through the Rippling Service for Customer, Customer agrees to use that access solely for the purpose of viewing and resetting the password for your employees or contractors, and not for any other purpose. You acknowledge that any work or data created or saved as part of such administrator access may be purged or lost at any time.
Administrator Accounts. If applicable, one or more individuals may be designated by You as the administrator of an account (“Administrators”). Service Provider may assign special or exclusive functionality to Administrators, including without limitation the right to add or remove additional Users, restrict the access or use of non-Administrator Users, or prohibit non-Administrative Users from purchasing services or otherwise engaging in transactions on the Site. There will be good faith reliance upon the instructions given, representations made and actions taken by a transferor or custodian. Further, the custodian represents and warrants that the assets in the account belong to the minor and that all such assets, whether or not transferred out of the UGMA or UTMA account, will only be used for the benefit of the minor.
