The Chief of Police shall conduct an administrative review within fourteen (14) calendar days of submission of the written request. The Chief of Police shall review the disciplinary action and may affirm, reverse, or modify as deemed appropriate the disciplinary action. The Chief’s determination shall be delivered in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days after the administrative review. The Chief’s determination shall be final and binding.

  • Administrative Review The Vice President for Academic Affairs shall submit the Committee’s recommendations to the Superintendent/President. He/She shall review the recommendations.
