Administrative Provisions. Grievances may be filed by hand delivery or other mutually agreeable means. Grievance replies shall be sent by registered mail, by hand delivery or courier. Written replies and notifications shall be deemed to be presented on the date which they are registered or accepted by a courier and received on the day they were delivered to the appropriate office.
