Administrative Personnel. (a) The Management Company shall retain and provide or arrange for the retention and provision of the following non-medical personnel necessary for the conduct of the Medical Group's business operations (collectively, "Administrative Personnel"):

Administrative Personnel. The Payment Amount will include a pro rata share of all Personnel Costs of Administrative Personnel, as determined by Rentech on a commercially reasonable basis, based on the estimated percent of total working time that such Administrative Personnel are engaged in performing the Services.

Administrative Personnel. A schedule of the individuals employed in certain Continental corporate business functions who have been designated to become employees of Holdings or a Holdings Affiliate (the "Holdings Administrative Employees") has been agreed to by Continental and Holdings in a separate agreement between Continental and Holdings. The Holdings Administrative Employees shall become employees of Holdings on or before the IPO Date.
