Administrative Overhead. 2.4.2.1 LIDDA shall maintain administrative overhead to perform the requirements of this Contract at a rate not to exceed 10% of the Contract funds. If LIDDA’s administrative overhead expenses exceed 10%, LIDDA shall use earned income or other funds, other than contract funds, to pay for the excess.

Administrative Overhead. For the purpose of fixing the compensation to be paid by the requesting party for the Services, it is agreed that there shall be included in each billing, to cover administrative costs, an amount not to exceed each party’s administrative rate. The County rate is currently set at 20% of the total labor cost to the County for those County employees performing Services for the City under this Agreement. The City rates is currently set at of the total labor cost to the City for those City employees performing Services for the County under this Agreement. Charges for administrative costs are in addition to charges for materials and equipment. This rate may be reasonably adjusted annually to reflect changes in actual administrative costs without the need for a formal amendment of this Agreement.

Administrative Overhead. From and after the Closing Date, PetroQuest shall provide statements to WSGP on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the month following each calendar quarter detailing the total amount of all joint expenditures made by the Parties in the prior calendar quarter attributable to new leasehold acquisitions and any acquisitions of seismic data within the AMI (“Joint Expenditures”). Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the foregoing statement, WSGP shall pay to PetroQuest, by wire transfer in immediately available funds to the Wire Account an administrative fee equal to eight percent (8%) of the WSGP’s working interest share of the Joint Expenditures detailed in such statement (the “Administrative Fee”).
