Administrative Overhead. 2.4.2.1 LIDDA shall maintain administrative overhead to perform the requirements of this Contract at a rate not to exceed 10% of the Contract funds. If LIDDA’s administrative overhead expenses exceed 10%, LIDDA shall use earned income or other funds, other than contract funds, to pay for the excess.
Administrative Overhead. For the purpose of fixing the compensation to be paid by the requesting party for the Services, it is agreed that there shall be included in each billing, to cover administrative costs, an amount not to exceed each party’s administrative rate. The County rate is currently set at 20% of the total labor cost to the County for those County employees performing Services for the City under this Agreement. The City rates is currently set at of the total labor cost to the City for those City employees performing Services for the County under this Agreement. Charges for administrative costs are in addition to charges for materials and equipment. This rate may be reasonably adjusted annually to reflect changes in actual administrative costs without the need for a formal amendment of this Agreement.
Administrative Overhead. CONTRACTOR’s administrative costs shall not exceed fifteen (15%) percent of total program costs and are subject to Cost Report Settlement provisions.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary which might be stated in the Accounting Procedure, it is understood that no cost or expenditure included under sections 2.2.1 through 2.10 shall be included or duplicated in the administrative overhead rate charged in this Article 2.11. Further, at any party's request, the rates in 2.11.2 above shall be reviewed annually and adjusted if determined to be inadequate or excessive. 2.12
Administrative Overhead. From and after the Closing Date, PetroQuest shall provide statements to WSGP on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the month following each calendar quarter detailing the total amount of all joint expenditures made by the Parties in the prior calendar quarter attributable to new leasehold acquisitions and any acquisitions of seismic data within the AMI (“Joint Expenditures”). Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the foregoing statement, WSGP shall pay to PetroQuest, by wire transfer in immediately available funds to the Wire Account an administrative fee equal to eight percent (8%) of the WSGP’s working interest share of the Joint Expenditures detailed in such statement (the “Administrative Fee”). The Administrative Fee is in addition to any XXXXX overhead charges provided for in the Operating Agreement.
Administrative Overhead. Subject to the provisions of this Article 2.2, the Operator shall charge to the Joint Account an Administrative Overhead which shall be calculated by applying percentages to tranches of Annual Base Expenditure as follows: On the first $ 1,000,000 4% On the next $4,000,000 3% On the next $5,000,000 2% Above $ 10,000,000 1% However the minimum Administrative Overhead chargeable to the Joint Account will be thirty thousand dollars (NZ$30,000.00) per Permit Year chargeable on a pro rata monthly basis.
Administrative Overhead. As to all operations conducted under the CXY Service Subcontract, the provisions entitling SOGW as Technical Advisor to charge 8% of Exploration and Drilling Costs, 6% of Development Expenditures and 5% of Operating Expenses as Administrative Overhead are deleted. Interest on Funds Advanced by CXY With respect to all funds advanced by CXY under Service Subcontract, SOGW shall not be entitled to assess any interest charge under the JOA.
Administrative Overhead. The Landlord will absorb the University Administrative Overhead fee on renovation-related invoices and not pass the cost along to the Tenant.
